The "Secret" to becoming a World Class Networker is a gift of the secret laws of the universe that can change and enhance every area of your life... How do you become a World Class Networker using certain basic principles of "The Secret" and "Law of Attraction? Everyone is talking about the "Secret" in one form or another. The "Secret" to spiritual, emotional, mental well being... the "Secret" to financial success, etc.

Being a World Class Networker means knowing and understanding that our feelings and thoughts attract real events into our lives, from the workings of the cosmos to interactions among individuals. If you want to make new contacts, gain more credibility with the contacts you already have and build your business and/or social life, you need to be willing to "put yourself out there" and make yourself known. No matter what the vehicle... at a business or social networking event, in an elevator or on the internet, you are always seeking to meet new people and establish who you are and what you have to offer. You are also very interested in other people. No one wants to listen to a monologue. Everyone remembers someone who really listens to them and is interested in what they have to say and who they are.

Being a World Class Networker who understand the law of attraction means we focus on our accomplishments and not on our "negative" thoughts and self-doubts. What separates regular networkers from World Class Networkers is that World Class Networkers act on the positive thoughts and attitudes they have about themselves and others. They network, at a very high frequency and get successful results. World Class Networkers know that no matter how many clouds there are, the sun is ALWAYS shining!

Networking is more than just "showing up." The three most important attributes of a successful networker are: Attitude! Attitude! Attitude!

Attitude about yourself: Entrepreneurs are innovators with courage, vision, perseverance and passion. Reflect this attitude as you network. Make a list of your unique gifts and talents and what you have accomplished. Exude the confidence it took to get you where you are today and the confidence you will go even further tomorrow. Confident people inspire confidence in others. This is true whether you are networking for professional or personal reasons.

Attitude about your product, service or business: Whatever your endeavor, you worked hard at it. You poured everything you have and are into your business, overcame many challenges... and you're still standing! Whatever it is you have to offer, it is vital to other people and important that the community knows about it. Talk about your business with pride and dignity. You deserve it. You worked hard for it.

Attitude about others: You understand all the hard work it took to build your business. LISTEN to what others are saying about their business. LISTEN to other people in general. This will attract what you are seeking as a business professional and in your personal life. Active listening means to hear what is being said and respond accordingly. Notice something special or interesting about the other person and mention it. Don't be phony. Smart people can always see through that. There's something special about everyone.

Before attending a social or business networking event, or seminar, be sure you have a short, interesting "presentation" of your business. Bring business cards and be sure that they are easy to read. You only get one chance to make a first impression and the first few seconds of meeting someone can make or break an interaction. Your appearance, handshake, smile are all part of the first impression. It's the positive attitude that attracts the right relationships in business and all areas of life.

Before attending any mixer, think about what it is you want to leave with: 20 business cards or 1 or 2 people you actually connect with. Building relationships is the basis to any business deal. Be a relationship magnet.

Before attending any mixer, ask your self some simple questions.
1-Why have I chosen this mixer/event to attend?
2- What does it offer that will give me my end desire?
3-Who do I want to meet?
4- Why do I want to meet that person?
5- What do I have to give back?

Whether the next mixer is your first or fiftieth, networking is the most productive, cost effective, easiest, fun way of growing your business and meeting new and exciting people. Remember, everyone else is nervous also. You're not the only one.

Remember as a World Class Networker you have huge potential for growth, both professionally and personally. Be smart. Be prepared. Have fun.
