Today I would like to discuss teaching leadership and how it can leverage your time. People are starting to realize something that businesses have known all along. Time is the most valuable thing we possess. By teaching leadership to others in their business they are automating their business.
Take McDonalds for an example. No doubt most of us could make a better burger but what makes them a powerful global business is that they have a great business model. No matter which one you go to through out the world their workers each go thru a learning phase and then move up to the next level. That is why this billion dollar a year chain can have high school kids running a store. They learn each phase, move up and another person replaces them and the process repeats itself.
This can apply to any business offline or online. By teaching leadership they are effectively weeding out or sorting and sifting through potential fits for their business. They keep the best and those people start moving up the chain and become managers. Once you have this system in place it is like a large funnel that filters the correct people thru and at the end you have that certain person that will help you build your business. They have the leadership skills because they have went through your training and now that person can teach them the same system.
Systems do not fail, people do. If they follow the system of leveraging their time and teaching leadership they will find success if they stick with it.
