For a retired person, this is not huge money. If you are homeless till retirement and want to buy a new one, this is just perfect for you. If you want to personalize it, the expenses may go up to $1000 and that is it. You can change the color of the paint, change the carpets, change the flooring, redesign a couple of rooms according to your taste, you can do anything. And it is pretty cheap for a brand new house!
