Retirement has suddenly become a mythical fairy tale of days gone by. So many of us have been wiped out by the financial crash. I'm not going to waste your time pointing fingers at all the culprits. All we can do is turn our rage into something much more positive and worthy of our precious time. If retirement is out of the picture, you must find another way to secure your financial future.

I am not suggesting any sure way to invest or move your money around. Not only am I not qualified, it's against the law. That's solely your business.

What is my business has to do with finding alternative ways to stem the tide of cash flow out the door into oblivion. You must find a way, or ways, to fill the monetary void that is so prevalent for so many.

Despite the economic chaos that surrounds us, there is still opportunity out there. You can still be in business for yourself. I prefer the work at home kind. You can work magic with a computer before you leave for work, when you get home, and on your days off. Now, you don't have to be a maniac like me, but that's what I live for these days. Having hope makes the work day pass a little more easy.

The challenge to make a successful go of it, despite the horrendous economic climate that exists, makes me all the more resolved to kick it in the seat of the pants. I'm not going to just sit back and take it. Action is my cure-all. And, "action leads to passion" which is the fuel for success.

The $64,000 questions is: "What am I going to find that will allow me to be in business for myself that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?" You have the answer staring you straight in the face and it doesn't have to cost you a dime other than the time you spend trying to become an online entrepreneur. I don't even figure in the cost of high-speed internet or my computer because I've already been paying for them anyway. It's not like I have to go out and purchase a single extra thing to pursue my dreams. And, without those dreams, I am dead in the water.

I am not allowed to come right out and say what it is that I have found, or what it is that I do, in these articles that I love writing so much. But, I will tell you that if I can achieve success online, so can you. I have pretty much led you to the well, but I can't make you drink from it. The Internet is your well.

There are seemingly infinite numbers of programs and businesses out there, and all the tools, free seminars, webinars, videos, PDF's full of info, and hype-filled hustles to make you go blind.

You need to consider doing what I have done: get to know the online business landscape. I can now spot a bogus biz a mile away. Sure, I look at some just to know what's out there, and to realistically compare what it is that I am doing with what those others are offering.

I am constantly reassured in the belief that while there are legal, legitimate and ample opportunities out there for would-be entrepreneurs like you and me, there are but a few that really inspire my passion: Those that are truly unique and generous (to a fault even!); ones with a "YOU FIRST, us second" approach and attitude.

There are diamonds, to be sure. You just have to sort through a helluva lotta coal to find them. And, you will.
